Amid global concern about COVID-19, we will continue to be here for our customers.

As people and companies all across the country take additional preparations to protect against the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we acknowledge that your electrical problems will likely not be taking a break. At this time, we will remain open full-time and will continue to service our customers with the same fast response times you’ve come to expect from us.

Due to the increasing number of reported cases in the U.S., we are continuously monitoring the situation. We will also continue to actively assess the necessary actions we need to take in order to ensure the health and safety of our customers, employees, and their families. We hope that you will join us in taking some basic but important measures, such as frequent hand washing, to keep communal risk low.

It is imperative that we begin to implement additional precautions for the safety of our community, staff and clients:

  • If you are sick or have been exposed to the Coronavirus, please cancel your appointment by calling us at (240) 221-1553
  • Please avoid physical contact with our technicians during the time of the appointment. We will greet you with a warm smile, but not a handshake at this time.
  • Our technicians will wear mask, clean gloves and shoe covers as an additional precaution. Each technician has been equipped with disinfectant spray, hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes as an effort to minimize risk.
  • If a technician is sick, they will be asked to stay home and get well; therefore, we ask for your patience and understanding in case an appointment must be rescheduled.
