Scheduling with Electrical Connections was easy. They confirmed the appointment and showed up on time. Josh did a great job installing my electric vehicle charger. Luckily, our electrical panel is in our garage so it was pretty simple to install without ...much additional labor or wiring, so he was able to do it same day. He seemed to be quite knowledgeable about household electrical systems and safety. He explained some potential issues he noticed with our electrical panel and overall wiring. It was a little overwhelming because I was not expecting to hear bad news or deal with additional expenses. It did not prohibit him from installing the EV charger, though. So he left me with a couple quotes for different options, which all costs thousands so we need to do more research and save some money before we can take on those expenses. He did a good job in upselling additional options for his company. He was very professional and polite. I'd be willing to work with Electrical Connections in the future.Read More...
